Seed sowing in winter

The majority of seed collected from Beth's garden last year is sown now onto peat free compost, covered with gravel (to act as a 'duvet' for the seed), watered and placed into our seed tunnel (effectively a large cold frame) until seedlings begin to appear over the next couple of months.
