Dwarf penstemon selection. Shiny- green leaves, which can colour up maroon in autumn and over winter, staying evergreen when mild. Mauve-white, tubular flowers appear from early summer. Drought tolerant. Good for a crevice and rock garden, but would take a front of the border position, if given little competition.
