A charming, quirky, prostrate evergreen shrub, from Chile. Flowers are inconspicuous, but in summer pearl-white berries stand out amongst the green needle-like foliage. The shape of the berries arises in our minds the nickname, tooth-berry, very reminiscent of pearly-whites! Our plants derived, kindly, from Fullers Mill Garden.
