I bought an agapanthus evening star from you last year. I have a lot of agapanthus however this is the first time I’ve seen the whole of the foliage turn yellow and die back.. I’m a little worried that it won’t come back in the new year.. is it normal for this variety to completely die back?
‘Evening Star’ is a deciduous-type agapanthus cultivar, not a fully evergreen one—so winter dieback is normal and healthy where temperatures drop.
