Many of our plants are snuggled down in the various tunnels and greenhouses, and like those who will be braving the elements outside they have received a haircut and fresh mulch. Pete has been about with the duster, keeping the pack house fresh. Whilst Annie and Rob foraged some old twisted willow branches to create a few festive decorations for our end of year soirée!

Emily, with her indomitable spirit was seed collecting up until the last moments, collecting Limonium bellidifolium, a neat little sea lavender for the rock garden. Beautifully formed evergreen rosettes of leaves carry branching sprays of mauve flowers, summer. Holding their branching seedheads well into autumn.

Limonium bellidifolium

It's been a rampant, beautiful tempest of a year, with many incredible moments and of course, challenges. But each trial has been met with tenacity, resiliance and unbridled passion. We overcome, we progress and we forge paths forward to improving year on year.

'Right plant, right place' always. But we also create these plants in the right way. Peat free, no harmful chemicals. Keeping it sustainable and ecologically minded. It's not always easy, but we keep going and take pride in knowing all our plants, wherever they may go, have taken form in this way.

We wish you all a wonderful festive season and a happy new year.
