Details

Flowers early in spring, opening buds almost at ground level, stems lengthening to about 15 cm. Has yellow trumpet, with paler yellow sepals. Makes low swirling clumps of narrow, grey-green leaves, flowers freely, most attractive for border edge, rock garden, or scattered in grass. Harmful if eaten. Potential skin irritant.
