Polemonium pauciflorum 'Sulphur Trumpets'

Differing from the other polemonium we grow, as this has drooping, trumpet shaped, yellow flowers, sometimes tinged red. Prefering a little more sun, this can be a rather short lived perennial, so either save seed or allow to self seed.
