A Mediterranean evergreen shrub, currently being trialled here on our sunny sand bank. Narrow, grey-green aromatic leaves, with white flowers, streaked lilac. Relatively upright as younger plants, but in the Mediterranean it makes a more rounded, weather-formed outline. Not a prima donna shrub, but a hard working, unusual, tough plant, suitable for drought garden, being baked by relentless sunshine. Likely hardy (especially in the south and east), but it will be excessive wet which needs to be avoided.
