An unusual demure delphinium from the Himalayas. Lobed hairy leaves, becoming almost rounded with age. Spikes of well-spaced blue-lilac, long-spurred flowers, during summer to autumn. Preferring some light shade and protection from hot summer sun, in a good soil.
