Payment plan terms and conditions
By selecting the payment plan option, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Administration Fee
A non-refundable administration fee of £5 will be added to your total ticket cost to cover the manual setup and management of the payment plan.
2. Deposit Ticket & Intention to Purchase
- An initial deposit ticket must be purchased to indicate your intention to proceed with the full ticket purchase.
- The deposit forms part of your overall ticket cost.
- Purchasing a deposit ticket confirms your agreement to complete all remaining payments under the payment plan.
3. Payment Schedule
- Your individual payment schedule will be set out and confirmed at the time of booking.
- All instalments must be completed in full no later than 30 June 2026.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure payments are made on time.
- Payment schedule cannot be changed.
4. Missed or Late Payments
- If a payment is missed or late, you may be contacted to resolve the issue.
- Failure to bring the account up to date within a reasonable timeframe may result in cancellation of the ticket booking.
- In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, any amounts already paid (including the administration fee and deposit) will be non-refundable.
5. Ticket Confirmation
Tickets will only be fully confirmed once the total balance has been paid in full. Entry to the event is not guaranteed until payment is complete.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- The £5 administration fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable under all circumstances.
- A refund will not be given due to ticket holder cancellation.
8. Failure to Complete Payment
If the full balance is not paid by 30 June 2026, the booking may be cancelled and the ticket may be reallocated.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a deposit ticket you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

The Beth Chatto Symposium is organised by the Beth Chatto Education Trust, a charity dedicated to inspiring, educating and promoting enjoyment and wellbeing for all through gardens and the outdoor environment. Any proceeds from the event will go towards furthering this work.
