An unusual and choice scrambling veronicastrum, with glossy, bronze-tinted leaves. In late summer to autumn are sweet, deep-purple spikes of flowers, from the leaf axils. Its scrambling habit lends itself to grow up through a low shrub, other sturdy herbaceous perennials, or to cascade down over the top of a wall.
