Pittosporum tenuifolium 'Silver Queen'

A large evergreen shrub with rounded greyish-green leaves narrowly margined with creamy-white. Small, bell-shaped, purple flowers are produced in clusters, during late spring and early summer. A good plant for coastal locations but may benefit from a more sheltered position in colder parts of the UK.  The foliage also lasts well as a complement to flowers in the vase and the plant holds an Award of Garden Merit
