Astilbe 'Isa Hall'

In contrast to other astilbe, the flower stems, although starting vertical, quickly arch over, becoming almost pendent. The small flowers, en-masse are white in bud, before opening pale pink, are held on red stems, during summer. Foliage, fairly typical, pale, elegantly serrated.
